How does your pricing compare to per-unit platforms?
Most competitors charge $1–$5 per unit per month, which means your cost goes up every time you fill a vacancy. Our flat monthly pricing stays the same whether you're at 50% or 100% occupancy. A 200-unit property on AppFolio Plus pays $640/mo for fewer features — you pay $449/mo for more.
Are there any hidden fees or transaction charges?
No. ACH rent payments are free for your residents. Credit and debit card payments carry a standard convenience fee (2.95% for cards, $1.95 for debit) which is paid by the resident, not you. There are no onboarding fees, no implementation fees, and no early termination fees.
What does the annual plan get me?
Pay for 10 months, get 12. That's a 17% discount. Annual contracts can be paid upfront or in monthly installments. You can cancel with 60 days notice — no penalty.
What if I have more than 500 units?
Contact us for a custom Enterprise plan. We support portfolios of any size with custom pricing, dedicated onboarding, and a named account manager.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime and only pay the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What if I only need some of the features?
Every feature in your tier is included — you enable what you need with feature flags. Disabled features simply don't appear in the app. No extra charge, no clutter.
